Planning conditions
  1. C5: No development above slab level shall take place until a scheme of external lighting has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Details shall include the design of the lighting, their locations and lux levels. The lighting shall thereafter be implemented in accordance with the approved details prior to the first occupation of the building. Reason: In the interests of community safety and protecting the ecological interests of the site in accordance with Policies LP16 and LP28 of the Adopted Peterborough Local Plan (2019). Plans & documents submitted in support of the discharge of C5: - Proposed Site Plan (Drawing Number: AL0203). - Electrical Services Layout (Drawing Number: 9684-E-150 Rev T01). Assessment: Having reviewed the submitted documentation, the Local Planning Authority take the view that the submitted information is deemed to be acceptable. The documents highlight the design of the lighting, their locations and lux levels. A mix of column fitted, wall mounted, bollard and wide angle lights have been used and are appropriate for the commercial nature of the site. No objections have been received from the Local Highway Authority, Wildlife Officer or the Environmental Health Officer. The proposal is considered to be acceptable to the Local Planning Authority. The requirements of C5 have been met. Conclusion: The details submitted relating to condition 5 are deemed acceptable to the Local Planning Authority and comply with the submission requirements of the condition. Condition 5 is hereby discharged, subject to implementation in accordance with the approved details.
  2. C10: Prior to the first occupation of the development hereby approved a scheme for the provision of CCTV coverage of the parking areas including the cycle parking shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The CCTV shall thereafter be installed in accordance with the approved details before the building is brought into use. Reason: In the interests of community safety in accordance with Policies LP13 and LP16 of the Adopted Peterborough Local Plan (2019). Plans & documents submitted in support of the discharge of C10: - Proposed Site Plan (Drawing Number: AL0203). - Electrical Services Warehouse Fire and Ancillary Layout (Fit Out) (Drawing Number: 9684-E-135 Rev T01). Assessment: Having reviewed the submitted documentation, the Local Planning Authority take the view that the submitted information is deemed to be acceptable. The documents highlight the provision of CCTV coverage of the parking areas including the cycle parking No objections have been received from the Local Highway Authority. The proposal is considered to be acceptable to the Local Planning Authority. The requirements of C10 have been met. Conclusion: The details submitted relating to condition 10 are deemed acceptable to the Local Planning Authority and comply with the submission requirements of the condition. Condition 10 is hereby discharged, subject to implementation in accordance with the approved details.
