  1. C7: No development shall take place on the site until a Arboricultural Method Statement (AMS), including tree protection measures, by way of a Tree Protection Plan (TPP), showing the root protection area (RPA) of the significant, mature False Acacia growing adjacent to the development site. Details should clearly set out what impacts the proposed development will have on the above tree and its roots/RPA and what measures will be adopted to mitigate the impacts of any construction, including changes to the car parking area, building of any walls, provision of any service runs and any changes in levels etc, to comply with BS5837:2012 and the Council's Local Plan Policy LP29, has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In order to protect and safeguard the tree which has an important amenity value in the area, in accordance with Policies LP16 and LP29 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019). Plans & documents submitted in support of the discharge of C7: - BS5837:2012 -Trees in relation to design, demolition and construction. Arboricultural matters in relation to tree 78 London Rd, Peterborough (Prepared by East Midlands Tree Surveys Ltd) Dated 06.12.2025. Assessment: Having reviewed the submitted documentation, the Local Planning Authority take the view that the submitted information is deemed to be acceptable. The document sets out what impacts the proposed development would have on the above tree and its roots/RPA and what measures will be adopted to mitigate the impacts of any construction. Adequate protection measures have been identified. The City Council's Tree Officer has no objection. The proposal is considered to be acceptable to the Local Planning Authority. The requirements of C7 have been met. Conclusion: The details submitted relating to condition 7 are deemed acceptable to the Local Planning Authority and comply with the submission requirements of the condition. Condition 7 is hereby discharged, subject to implementation in accordance with the approved details.
