  1. The proposal as submitted is in accordance with local and national planning policy and has been approved without amendment, in accordance with Paragraph 39 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2024). Therefore, there was no need for the local authority to work with the applicant to seek solutions to problems arising in relation to dealing with the application.
  2. Subject to the imposition of the recommended conditions, the proposal is considered acceptable having been assessed against the relevant development plan policies and any material considerations.
  3. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: In accordance with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended).
  4. The development hereby approved shall be implemented in accordance with the following approved plans and documents: SKA WH 08 00 02 A00 Site Block Plan as Existing and Proposed SKA WH 08 70 02 A00 Elevations and Roof as proposed Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning
  5. The solar panels to be used in the development hereby permitted shall be as detailed in the Stellar 1N+ Solar Panel datasheet received 07/01/2026. Reason: For the Local Planning Authority to ensure a satisfactory external appearance, in accordance with Policy LP16 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019) and section 12 of the NPPF (2024).
