Planning conditions
  1. Works to which this consent relates shall be begun no later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of the decision notice. Reason: In accordance with the provisions of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
  2. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Location Plan Heritage Statement Revised Proposed Elevations Proposed Block Plan Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interest of proper planning
  3. The glazing thickness of the herby approved double glazed windows shall be no thicker than 12mm . The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details and retained as such thereafter . Reason: In order to preserve the special architectural and historic character of the Heritage Asset in accordance with section 16(2) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (as amended), Policy LP19 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019) and Chapter 16 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2024).
