The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Revised Location plan 11250 - CSK Car Park (07 Aug 2026) Existing Site plan - CSK Car Park (07 Aug 2026) Dimensioned parking spaces - proposed block plan (23 July 2026) Proposed Site plan - CSK Car Park (07 Aug 2026) Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interest of proper planning
Within 6 months of the date of this permission, a scheme for soft shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall include details of the following:- a) Planting plans including retained trees, species, numbers, size and density of planting; b) Proposed planting plans including trees, shrubs and hedgerow planting; c) Position, type and number of biodiversity enhancements; d) Boundary treatments; The soft landscaping shall be carried out within the first available planting season following completion of the development or first occupation (whichever is the sooner) or alternatively in accordance with a timetable for landscape implementation which has been approved as part of the submitted landscape scheme. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted details. Any trees, shrubs or hedges forming part of the approved landscaping scheme that die, are removed or become diseased within five years of the implementation of the landscaping scheme shall be replaced during the next available planting season by the developers, or their successors in title with an equivalent size, number and species to those being replaced. Any replacement trees, shrubs or hedgerows dying within five years of planting shall themselves be replaced with an equivalent size, number and species. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity of the area and the enhancement of biodiversity, in accordance with Policies LP16, LP28 and LP29 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019) and Chapter 19 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2026).
Within 6 months of the date of this permission a biodiversity net gain plan shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with by the Local Planning Authority which biodiversity net gain plan shall address the following matters: (a) information about the steps taken or to be taken to minimise the adverse effect of the development on the biodiversity of the onsite habitat and any other habitat (b) the pre-development biodiversity value of the onsite habitat (c) the post-development biodiversity value of the onsite habitat (d) any registered offsite biodiversity gain allocated to the development and the biodiversity value of that gain in relation to the development (e) any biodiversity credits purchased for the development, and (f) such other matters as the Secretary of State may by regulations specify. Thereafter, the development shall be carried out in accordance with the agreed approved details. Reason: In accordance with the requirements of Schedule 14, Part 1 of paragraph 14 of the Environment Act 2021 and Policy LP28 of the Peterborough Local Plan (2019). This is a reminder of the statutory condition as outlined in the Environment Act.
