Planning conditions
  1. Condition 3 Insufficient information has been provided regarding the profile and detailing of the existing windows, and consequently it has not been demonstrated that the proposed joinery details would be appropriate to the character and appearance of the building. The submitted details are therefore inadequate to enable a full assessment of the discharge of condition 3.
  2. Condition 4 The condition cannot be discharged as the submitted rooflight details do not comply with the requirements of the condition, which requires the rooflights to sit flush within the roof slope and feature a central glazing bar and therefore fails to demonstrate compliance with the condition.
  3. This condition is partially discharged insofar as the extent of the information: Received 14/07/26 Barratt Associated Ltd Method Statement Project ref. 24560D This condition can only be partially discharged as the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
  4. Note to applicant: For the avoidance of doubt, the partial discharge of this condition does not permit the commencement of the development. No development shall commence until all pre-commencement conditions have been discharged and all necessary planning permissions and consents are in place.
