- The construction phase of the development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) Ref:9448 by Pembroke Design Ltd. Dated May 2024, and amended 02/09/2024. Reason: To prevent pollution and to accord with policy GN.1 of the Local Development Plan for Pembrokeshire (adopted 28 February 2013).
