Planning conditions
- In the absence of sufficient information, the Local Planning Authority has been unable to undertake a lawful Habitats Regulations Assessment to determine whether the proposal would be likely to have a significant effect on the Cleddau River Special Area of Conservation. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policies GN.1 and GN.37 of the Local Development Plan for Pembrokeshire (2013) and the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations.
- The proposed polytunnel, agricultural building and associated access track, by reason of their scale, siting and appearance would result in an unacceptable urbanising effect and would result in erosion of the rural character and appearance of the countryside. The proposal would contribute to the fragmentation of agricultural land and the proliferation of built development within an open rural landscape. The proposal is contrary to the strategic aims of policy SP 1 and the relevant requirements of policies SP 16 and GN.1 of the Local Development Plan for Pembrokeshire 2013.
