Planning conditions
- The Pembrokeshire County Council hereby give notice in pursuance of the provisions of Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 that a non-material amendment is refused to planning permission ref. 22/0869/PA for the carrying out of the development referred to in Part I hereof (as detailed in the application and plans submitted) because the proposed addition of solar panels, satellite dish and terrestrial antennae on prominent elevations would impact upon the appearance of the building and the character of the Fishguard conservation area and so represent a material amendment to planning permission ref. 22/0869/PA.
