The evidence submitted demonstrates, on the balance of probability, that the area of land edged red on the attached plan has been laid out as hardstanding and used for vehicle repair, maintenance and the storage of vehicles continuously for a period exceeding 10 years. In addition, the evidence demonstrates that the shipping containers located within the hatched area of the attached plan have been sited and used for storage purposes ancillary to the use of the land for a continuous period exceeding 4 years.
  2. The operational development identified in Enforcement Notice ENF354 is expressly excluded from the scope of the Certificate.
