The works hereby authorised shall be carried out within two years of the date on which consent is granted. Reason: To comply with the requirements of Section 202D (3)c of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, and to accord with Policies GN.1 & GN.2 of the Local Development Plan for Pembrokeshire (adopted 28 February 2013).
The works hereby authorised shall comply with British Standard 3998: 2010 - Recommendations for Tree Work and any updates. Reason: In the interests of the long term health of the trees, and to accord with Policies GN.1 & GN.2 of the Local Development Plan for Pembrokeshire (adopted 28 February 2013).
Replacement trees, the species, size and location of which is/are to be approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, shall be planted in the first planting season following the felling hereby authorised. Reason: To ensure the visual amenity of the area is maintained and to accord with Policies GN.1 & GN.2 of the Local Development Plan for Pembrokeshire (adopted 28 February 2013).
The extent of works carried out to the trees shall be limited to those as described in the application. Reason: In the interests of the health of the trees and to protect the amenity and appearance of the area, in accordance with policies GN.1 and GN. 2 of the Local Development Plan for Pembrokeshire (adopted 28 February 2013).
