In the first planting season following the substantial completion of the development hereby approved, the ecological enhancement measures detailed within the Green Infrastructure Statement and on proposed drawing WB-PH-03 P26/01 Proposed first floor storeroom REV A, proposed hanging basket planter on the side/east elevation, shall be implemented and thereafter retained. Reason: To maintain and enhance biodiversity, in accordance with Planning Policy Wales and policies GN.1 and GN.37 of the Local Development Plan for Pembrokeshire (adopted 28 February 2013).
Before the substantial completion of the development hereby approved the bird box detailed in the Green Infrastructure Statement and on proposed drawing WB-PH-03 P26/01 Proposed first floor storeroom REV A shall be installed on the on the side/east elevation of the building and thereafter retained. Reason: In the interests of biodiversity enhancement and to accord with policies GN.1 and GN.37 of the Local Development Plan for Pembrokeshire (adopted 28 February 2013).
This permission shall not be construed as granting rights to carry out works on, or over, land not within the ownership, or control, of the applicant.

Notwithstanding the details shown on the approved drawings, details and samples of the proposed external brickwork, including the brick type, colour, texture, bond and mortar finish, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In the interests of preserving and enhancing the character and appearance of the Pembroke Dock Conservation Area, and to comply with the requirements of Policies GN.1 and GN.38 of the Local Development Plan for Pembrokeshire (adopted 28th February 2013).
