In the first planting season following the substantial completion of the development hereby approved, the ecological enhancement measures detailed within the Green Infrastructure Statement and the accompanying sketch plan, including the provision of flower boxes along the raised boundary area, shall be implemented and retained thereafter. Reason: To maintain and enhance biodiversity, in accordance with Planning Policy Wales and policies GN.1 and GN.37 of the Local Development Plan for Pembrokeshire (adopted 28 February 2013).
Before the substantial completion of the development hereby approved a bird box on an existing tree along the rear boundary detailed within the Green Infrastructure Statement and the accompanying sketch plan, shall be installed on the dwelling and thereafter retained. Reason: In the interests of biodiversity enhancement and to accord with policies GN.1 and GN.37 of the Local Development Plan for Pembrokeshire (adopted 28 February 2013).
The shipping container hereby approved shall be removed from the site and the land reinstated to its former condition within 3 months of the substantial completion of the development hereby approved and, in any event, no later than 3 years from commencement of development. Reason: In the interests of the visual amenity and character of the area, in accordance with Policies GN.1 and GN.2 of the Local Development Plan for Pembrokeshire (adopted 28 February 2013).
This permission shall not be construed as granting rights to carry out works on, or over, land not within the ownership, or control, of the applicant.
