Planning conditions
- The cumulative number, size, inconsistent design and dispersed siting of the 36 advertisements would result in an excessive concentration of signage within the locality, creating visual clutter that would harm the visual amenity and undermine the character and appearance of the site and its surroundings. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy GN.1 (General Development Policy) of the Pembrokeshire Local Development Plan (adopted 28 February 2013) and the guidance contained within Technical Advice Note (TAN) 7: Outdoor Advertisement Control.
