Planning conditions
  1. The approved works shall begin before the expiration of 5 years from the date of this consent. Reason: To avoid the accumulation of consents, and pursuant to Section 98 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023
  2. The works shall be undertaken in accordance with the following drawings and documentation: Application Form, signed 19 March 2026; Heritage Impact Assessment Version 2, by Pembroke Design, dated 2 May 2026; 9551 – 1 – Location Plan; 9551 – 7 – Proposed Block Plan; 9551 – 8 – Proposed Lower Ground Floor Plan; 9551 – 9 – Proposed Ground Floor Plan; 9551 -10 – Proposed First Floor Plan; 9551 – 11 – Proposed Section A-A; and 9551 – 12 – Proposed Elevations. Reason: Pursuant to S96 & S97 of the Historic Environmental (Wales) Act 2023, Policy GN.38 of the Pembrokeshire Local Development Plan (adopted 28 February 2013) and Paragraph 6.1.10 pf Planning Policy Wales Edition 12, 2024.
  3. Notwithstanding the approved plans and documentation and prior to works commencing, the Local Planning Authority shall be provided with the following details for written approval: Details of finishes of the internal walls, architrave, skiting boards and floor at the point of the removal of the internal modern panels. The works shall be undertaken in accordance with the approved Specifications and details. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt regarding the extent and details of the approved works, and pursuant to Sections 96 and 97 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023, Paragraph 6.1.10-13 of Planning Policy Wales 2024 and Policy GN.38 of the Local Development Plan 2013.
