Condition 2 – This condition is partially discharged insofar as the extent of the information received on 18 March 2026 detailed in paragraph 3 of the document ‘Strategy for the Discharge of Planning Condition 2’ Alternative Option: Sinuous Corrugated Re-cladding (Refer to Fig 3 - Alternative Sinuous Profile). The ‘Alternative Option’ of the submitted Strategy for the Discharge of Planning Condition 2 sets out the details of the replacement material and colour to be used on the building and is described as: Material: 13/3 Sinuous (Rippled) Corrugated Steel Sheeting. Profile: Traditional rounded "wiggly" profile (refer to Image 2). Color: Identical to the palette in Option 1 (Stiffkey Blue/Railings). These details are sufficient to discharge the relevant parts of the condition. The condition cannot be fully discharged until development has taken place in accordance with the approved details and within eighteen months of the date of this decision. Once implemented the development shall be retained as appoved for as long as the development exists.
For the avoidance of doubt, this decision does not approve details for the option described as: ‘Preferred Option: Sustainable Remediation (Refer to Fig 1 & 2 - Proposed Maritime Remediation)’ of the submitted ‘Strategy for the Discharge of Planning Condition 2’.
