Planning conditions
- The proposed development, by reason of the design, projection above the existing roof slope and use of materials of the proposed rooflight would fail to respect the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building. The proposal would therefore result in harm to the character of the listed building contrary of to the requirements of the duty in the Historic Environment Wales Act 2023.
