Planning conditions
- Condition 15 – Parking provision Condition 15 requires the submission and approval of a parking phasing plan which details the location and timing of provision for parking facilities for all vehicles, including cycle shelters. The application submission has provided the following details to address the requirements of this condition: - Car & Cycle Park Phasing plan - 26CB04-MSC-30-AXX-D-A-000001-P1 (dated as received 25/02/2026) The submitted Car & Cycle Park Phasing plan annotates the two phased structure of the parking and cycling facilities, with the majority of the parking available for use from March 2026 and the remainder of parking and cycle parking available from April 2027. Consultation with the Head of Operations and Transport (County Highway Authority) have advised that this is acceptable ensuring there would be no undue adverse impact upon highway safety and would the arrangement would serve to promote active travel in accordance with Policy GN.1 of the Pembrokeshire Local Development Plan (adopted 28 February 2013). This condition is partially discharged. Only upon completion of the development in accordance with these approved details and retention of the approved spaces thereafter for vehicle and cycle parking shall condition 15 be fully satisfied.
