Customers are not permitted to use the Padel Courts outside the hours of 06:00 to 23:00 Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 23:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays Reason: To protect the amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwelling houses, and to accord with Policy GN.1 of the Local Development Plan for Pembrokeshire (adopted 28 February 2013).
Within three months of the date of this decision, the bird box shall be relocated to the north or east elevation of the building and the bat box shall be relocated to the south or west elevation of the building and they shall be retained hereafter. Reason: In the interests of biodiversity enhancement and to accord with the requirements of policy GN.37 of the Local Development Plan for Pembrokeshire (adopted 28 February 2013).
The native planting detailed in the Green Infrastructure Statement and shown on Drawing No. KPF2-005 Proposed elevation shall be provided in the first planting and seeding seasons following the date of this decision and shall be retained thereafter.
