  1. Condition 2: The change the balustrade from glass to metal.
  2. Condition 4: Prior to installation details of the proposed joinery of the doors and windows to a scale of 1/20 to be used in the construction of the alterations and extension to the building, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The development shall be undertaken as agreed and retained for as long as the development exists. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory standard of external appearance and to accord with Policy GN.1 & GN.2 of the Local Development Plan for Pembrokeshire (adopted 28 February 2013).
  3. Condition 5: Prior to installation details and samples of the colour and materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the alterations and extension to the building, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The development shall be undertaken as agreed and retained for as long as the development exists. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory standard of external appearance and to accord with Policy GN.1 & GN.2 of the Local Development Plan for Pembrokeshire (adopted 28 February 2013).
