  2. The site is within the catchment for nutrient sensitive Pembrokeshire Marine Special Area of Conservation (SAC) requiring nitrogen neutrality. The application has been screened in accordance with Natural Resources Wales’ nutrient advice version 5.1 published 09/02/2026. It is considered that this development is unlikely to have a likely significant effect on the Marine SAC as the following criterion applies: Criterion 1: Development that does not increase the volume or concentration of wastewater.
