  1. The works hereby authorised shall be carried out within two years of the date on which consent is granted. Reason: To comply with the requirements of Section 202D (3)c of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, and to accord with Policies GN.1 & GN.2 of the Local Development Plan for Pembrokeshire (adopted 28 February 2013).
  2. The works hereby authorised shall comply with British Standard 3998: 2010 - Recommendations for Tree Work and any updates. Reason: In the interests of the long term health of the trees, and to accord with Policies GN.1 & GN.2 of the Local Development Plan for Pembrokeshire (adopted 28 February 2013).
  3. The extent of works carried out to the trees shall be limited to that as decribed in the application. Reason: In the interests of the health of the trees and to protect the amenity and appearance of the area, in accordance with policies GN.1 and GN. 2 of the Local Development Plan for Pembrokeshire (adopted 28 February 2013).
