Planning conditions
- Due to the information submitted with the application, particularly in relation to the proposed staff changes and the number of vehicle movements associated with the proposed use of the property would be materially different to those associated with its lawful use as a dwelling. As such it is considered that the change of use of the property from a dwellinghouse within Class C3 to use as a small care home within Class C2 would represent a material change of use requiring the benefit of planning permission. As a result a certificate of proposed lawful use cannot be granted.
