Notwithstanding Condition 2, no. 49 The Woodlands shall be occupied as holiday accommodation (falling within use class C6 as defined in The Town & Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (Amended) only and shall not be occupied as a person’s sole or main place of residence or by any persons exceeding a period of 31 days for each period of occupation. An up-to-date register shall be kept at the holiday accommodation hereby permitted and be made available for inspection by the local planning authority upon request. The register shall contain details of the names of all of the occupiers of the accommodation, their main home addresses and their date of arrival and departure from the accommodation. Notwithstanding the provisions of the General Permitted Development Order, the accommodation shall not be converted from use class C6 to use classes C3 or C5 unless Planning Permission has been granted on an application thereto. Reason: In order to ensure that the accommodation is occupied solely for holiday letting purposes and for no other residential purposes and to limit full time residential use due to its impact on amenity in accordance with policy GN.17 of the Local Development Plan (adopted 28 February 2013).
Consent is granted in outline for the use of the land for not more than 60 caravans.
The use of the site as a caravan site shall be restricted to the period from Easter to 31st October in each year.
