  1. Highway Condition Survey (13.11.2025 & 18.11.2025) (including appendices & photographs)
  2. This decision should be read in conjunction with conditions 23, 26, 27 & 28 that also relate to AIL deliveries.
  3. AIL movements can only proceed once all formal notification processes have been completed. This decision acknowledges the need for separate consents including Special Order applications under The Road Traffic Act 1988 (the applicant provided confirmation of such approval with the application) and Special Types General Order (STGO) Notification to the Police.
  4. The applicant should continue to liaise with the County Highway Authority and the Welsh Government (Transport).
