The bedding planters which shall be planted with native species as detailed in the Green Infrastructure Statement and shown on Drawing No.s KPF 05 Proposed Elevations and KPF 09 Proposed Elevations Barn 2 shall be provided in the first planting and seeding seasons following the date of this decision and retained thereafter. Reason: In the interests of biodiversity enhancement and to accord with the requirements of policy GN.37 of the Local Development Plan for Pembrokeshire (adopted 28 February 2013).
Customers are not permitted to use the gym and ancillary facilities outside the hours of 06:00 to 21:00 Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 21:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays Reason: To protect the amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwelling houses, and to accord with Policy GN.1 of the Local Development Plan for Pembrokeshire (adopted 28 February 2013).
Within three months of the date of this decision the bat boxes shown on Drawing No. KPF 05 Proposed Elevations shall be relocated to the southern elevation of the building to the left of the main metal roller door (as high as possible) and the bird box shown on Drawing No. KPF 05 Proposed Elevations shall be replaced with 2 bird boxes on the northern elevation of the building and shall be retained thereafter. Reason: In the interests of biodiversity enhancement and to accord with the requirements of policy GN.37 of the Local Development Plan for Pembrokeshire (adopted 28 February 2013).
