- Partial discharge of condition 4 is sought. The part of the structural works to be discharged relates only to the first-floor mezzanine infill of the original gallery. The following structural report recommending the installation of lattice joists was submitted and considered acceptable: - Structural Report for Temperance Hall, RCA REF: 22070-RCA-00-XX-CA-S-0900-Structural_Calculations (Option 4) The pre-commencement requirement of condition 4 is considered discharged only for the first-floor mezzanine infill, and the works shall be undertaken in accordance with the above report. Condition 4 shall only be fully discharged upon submission of all outstanding structural designs to the local Planning authority for approval followed by the execution of all structural works in accordance with those approved designs.
