- The following proposed amendment to planning permission reference 11/0791/PA is not non-material as it would be located within 1.2m of the northern boundary of the application site and consideration is required on the impact on residential amenity: - Air Source Heat Pump
- This decision notice is not a planning permission; it approves only a non-material amendment to planning permission ref. 11/0791/PA and should be read in conjunction with that permission.
- 1. This application has been screened in accordance with Natural Resources Wales interim advice to Chief Planners dated 25th July 2025. It is considered that this development is unlikely to have a likely significant effect on the Marine SAC as the following criterion applies: Criterion 1: The application relates to an application for a non-material amendment to an already approved scheme.
