  1. The soft landscaping comprising the hedges to be planted with native species, the location of which is shown on the proposed block plans (scale 1:500) received 29/09/2025, shall be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the first use of the building or the completion of the development, whichever is the sooner; and any trees or plants which within a period of 5 years from the completion of the development die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species. Reason: To protect the character and appearance of the area to accord with Policies GN.1 and GN.2 of the Local Development Plan for Pembrokeshire (adopted 28 February 2013).
