Reason: For the avoidance of doubt regarding the extent and details of the approved works, and pursuant to Sections 96 and 97 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023, Paragraph 6.1.10-13 of Planning Policy Wales 2024 and Policy GN.38 of the Local Development Plan 2013.
Prior to the commencement of the approved works, the following details shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for written approval: - Natural roofing slate sample and specification - Rainwater gutter and downpipe samples - Metal roofing sample and specification - 1mx1m garden terrace wall stonework sample panel constructed on site for inspection. - Mortar specification The works shall be undertaken in accordance with the approved details.
