Planning conditions
  1. Insufficient specialist geotechnical information has been submitted to provide the Council with the necessary evidence to demonstrate that the netting ‘solution’ which appeared to be inadequate in relation to the southern boundary will be adequately robust in relation to the western boundary in the long term. The proposal therefore fails to evidence that there is no unacceptable harm to health and safety and so is contrary to Policy GN.1 of the Pembrokeshire Local Development Plan adopted 28 February 2013.
  2.
