The approved works shall be undertaken in accordance with the following drawings documentation: Application Form Heritage Impact Statement Proposed Elevations, Unit Three Ateb 102 Proposed Elevations, Unit Two Ateb 103 Proposed Elevations, Unit One Ateb 104 Site Location Plan Ateb 106 Roof Section Integrated Panels Reason: For the avoidance of doubt regarding the extent and details of the approved works, and pursuant to Sections 96 and 97 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023, Paragraph 6.1.10 of Planning Policy Wales 2024 and Policy GN.38 of the Local Development Plan 2013.
