Planning conditions
  1. The proposal does not demonstrate whether the proposed diversification can properly be regarded as assisting in sustaining the agricultural unit and not prejudice the farming activity, contrary to Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Local Development Plan Policy 45 (Farm Diversification).
  2. The proposal is an unsustainable form of development in an isolated countryside location with constrained public transport and pedestrian links, contrary to Local Development Plan Policies: 29 (Sustainable Design) and 59 (Sustainable Transport) and is also contrary to principles of Planning Policy Wales.
