Planning conditions
  1. Having regard to the siting, design, scale and external appearance of the proposed polytunnels, together with their relationship with the existing landscape, the Authority considers that the development would introduce a new and visually incongruous concentration of built development into the site.. As such, the proposed development would result in harm to the special qualities of the National Park, contrary to the Authority’s SPG on Sustainable Development, and contrary to Policies 7, 8, 14 and 30 of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Local Development Plan 2.
