The application seeks permissions for: - the widening of the existing site access to provide for sufficient space for the relocated above-ground weighbridge and safe passing of vehicles; - increase of the composting tunnel walls by 0.3m to accommodate seasonal peaks in the delivery of green waste; - minor amendments to the dimensions of the reception building necessary for engineering and operational requirements.
