By an application dated 29th January 2007 and accompanying plans dated November 2006 and number Figure 1, Figure 2 ROMP, Figure 3 ROMP and dated December 2006 and numbered Figure 3A ROMP, 3B ROMP, 3C ROMP and Figure 4 ROMP and letters dated 13th April 2007 and 16th April 2007 the Mineral Planning Authority is required to determine the conditions to which the Relevant Planning Permissions are to be subject. 3. The Oxfordshire County Council as Mineral Planning Authority hereby determine that the Relevant Planning Permission shall be subject to the conditions set out in the attached Schedule.
