Application overview
Full refurbishment of dwelling, including: a 1.5 meter extension to rear of existing, connected outbuilding; which will House a new level access entrance to the property & provide a new ground floor accessible WC as required by Approved Document Part M of the Building Regulations. The small addition will not exceed dimensions deemed acceptable for lawful development and will be finished in the reclaimed stone from other parts of the site and roofed in natural slate, which is in-keeping with the local vernacular.Please see drawings DR-200-01 & DR-200-02 for existing state of dwelling, please also see DR-200-03 & DR-200-04 for proposals as described above.
