Clearance is required to maintain safe and unrestricted access to the Service Reservoir.Proposed Works:? Undertake crown lifting of Lime trees along the highlighted access road.? Raise crown height to approximately 4 metres above ground level to provide sufficient clearance for service and emergency vehicles.? Works to be carried out in accordance with BS3998:2010 (Tree Work ? Recommendations), ensuring good arboricultural practice.? Retain a balanced canopy form and avoid excessive removal of live growth.? All arising material to be chipped and removed from site (or disposed of as agreed).Environmental & Safety Considerations:? Works to be supervised by a competent, qualified arborist.? All operatives to hold relevant NPTC/LANTRA certificates.? Appropriate traffic and pedestrian management to be implemented as required.?
