Its location is very close to buildings. Some of the lower branches are close to touching buildings. A crown lift and thin would allow more light in and onto the surrounding shrubs and hedges and property whilst maintaining its original shape and not creating a negative impact on its amenity value on the area. This would allow the residents to allow a little more light into their gardens and properties and continue to enjoy the tree.
