Council planning record

1) Tree species: Acer Palmatum (see photographs)2) Please see supporting plan of garden and photographs. The Acer is marked with a red ?X?. It is the only tree in the plan. 3) From the centre of the tree to the main building the distance is approximately 4.9m. 4) The tree's branches currently hang over the decking area to the front of the plan, the existing planting to the right and left of the plan. The existing planting therefore cannot receive enough light. The branches to the left also now hang over the neighbouring left fence, blocking light to the neighbouring garden. 5) The proposal is to remove/prune the branches to leave a radius of 1.8m of the tree. This is to allow a 3m clearance to the building. Crown lift to 3m. Prune the Crown to the height of the building.
