Client wishes to fell and replant something in a better position;T3 Conifer - Fell. Tree grows very close to the back of the property and shades the back of the house. Client wishes to fell and develop area underneath the tree with hard landscaping;T4 Beech - Crown raise to 4m all round. Crown clean. Raise to 2.5m over footpath and 5.2m over roadway. No height or spread reduction proposed.
