A large poplar Tree ( listed on my drawings as T1) works to be carried out would be crown reduction by 30%. The tree is located in the rear of 51 whitecroft road. it has branches veering off and overhanging areas where they can cause damage to property. The trees in the surrounding area ( now being used many more footfall due to the new housing estate also causes an issue of children./footfall passing for saftey reasons we would wish to reduce the size of the tree but maintaining the shape and strenght of the tree.) there has been a number of large trees falling around the area. by maintaining these larger trees it will provide comfort on any potental damage to the new erected building in the garden that has had planning permisison passed and already been built
