Reduction of 17-bed hotel to 12-bed hotel within 106-108 Park Avenue and creation of 2 self-contained apartments located in 110 Park Avenue (with associated change of use from C1 to C3 for these apartments only). Set back roof extension to 110 Park Avenue building. Redesign of top floor and rear elevations. Demolition and rebuild of rear single storey extensions to accommodate revised ground floor accommodation and new external rear courtyard spaces. Rear access escape stair removed from hotel (106-108 Park Avenue) and introduced to first floor only of self-contained apartment in 110 Park Avenue. Reinstate historic front doors to 108 and 110 Park Avenue with decorative mouldings to match adjacent residential property
