Application overview
The tree is located in the back garden of 156 Merlin Park. The planning application is just to prune the tree as it has grown significantly since it was last pruned and now it is getting close to the roof (risk of squirrel getting to the roof), it is encroaching on the alleyway on the right side of the garden as well as to the neighbour at the back of the garden. The below items are to be down:- Reduce crown by 1.5m in a balanced fashion,- Thin crown by 20%,- Lift crown by 1.5m,
