Application overview
Proposed two-storey rear extension, two-storey side extension & single storey side extension. Works include alterations to the existing dwelling house, increasing the ridge height of original dwelling & the demolition of existing rear extension. The works also propose the partial demolition of the existing side extension which currently acts as a retaining structure, the external walls of the side extension shall remain in place at a reduced height, to continue as retaining walls supporting the ground levels to their north-western sides.
