    Ash tree No. 34 was identified in the Tree Survey Schedule of 1st November 2021 as being Poor, a Category C tree with a life expectancy of less than 10 years. The tree has a cavity in the base which runs right through the stem, There were fungal fruiting bodies at 11m up the stem and the tree was showing early signs of Chalara. The tree has a significant lean to the south west over the new building.
