We have decided to change the long dormer at the back of the property to 2 single dormers and a skylight, it is much more pleasing and allows a truss roof with a pitch of 45 degrees and a lower house height overall. There are a few window and door size amendments also to make best use of space. We would also like to keep our chimney where it is now.
