Council planning record

We wish to use part of the space as a workshop for ourselves. This will include machinery such as sanders, planners and saws. Mostly carpentry power tools. The other section would be for other artists and they would use other types of machinery for example sewing machines or perhaps a kiln for pottery for example. To section off the carpenters workshop space from the main hall we would put a partition wall between the existing columns that are arches at present. The smaller work spaces for the artists will be divided by freestanding partitions. The hours that we would like to make use of the space are between 8 am and 10 pm. Also during the weekends. The most utilised hours will be 8:00 am to 5:00pm but there will be occasional workshops aimed to the community in the evenings and weekends.
