Council planning record

Discharge of condition 5 relating to DM/2020/00269; As detailed in the original application the roof shall be recovered in primarily re-used slates removed from the existing roof. This application seeks to discharge the notice of conditions with respect to the remaining slates. I have sourced reclaimed welsh slates from a local source in the same size (14" x 24"). These are the same colour and thickness as the original slate, and will be laid on the roof in the same pattern as before (coursing). These slates are from the same source, and match the reclaimed slates used for the recovering of the main roof of the house, which were approved previously.
