Council planning record

Walnut located in communal rear garden. Foliage tips to the south overhang the building gutter and there is a mid-crown eastern limb that is a touch over extended and phototropic - it also has a mid-length bark wound/scar. There is a north facing limb that conflicts with the yew tree. To resolve these minor issues;1. Reduce north limb in yew tree crown back to a suitable growth point not within the yew crown.2. Reduce the phototropic limb tips to the east of the crown by up to 1.5m but outboard of the limb end fork - yellow marks on the photo show this.3. Reduce/re balance the remaining crown by up to 1.2m at suitable lateral branches, using natural target pruning. This is the ensure a uniform density silhouette is left and the building overhang or over weighted limb tips are reduced in mass. Expected finishing cut diameters around 60-80mm.
